Facts About...

Sonic is known best for his speed, with the ability to run at speeds higher than Mach 1[1], at a staggering 760 mph. He is known as "the fastest thing alive," and can run backwards at full speed just as well as forwards, as shown in the Team Sonic opening cutscene of Sonic Heroes, in an episode of Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Underground, and near the end of the first episode in Sonic X. Due to such speed, he is able to scale right up the walls of buildings, or similar structures, and can also run right over the water.
It is unknown how much faster Sonic can run beyond Mach 1, although it is variously assumed he can. In Sonic Battle it is shown that he can move several times the speed of sound. In Emerl's story, Sonic takes on and defeats him in under 30 seconds (the Final Egg Blaster fires in 30 seconds). During this time he and Emerl shown doing several attacks as if time itself is drastically slowed down (even slow enough to have ten rounds). It is also believed that Sonic can move faster while in spinball form then running, possibly even reaching the Speed of Light due to the various proofs, such as in Sonic Adventure 1/2 and Sonic Heroes where he could use the move Light Speed Attack which, stated by Tikal, attacks enemies at Light Speed. In the Sonic X Anime, he is shown to match speeds with a lightning bolt, in the episode "Zelkova Strikes Back".
As shown in Sonic Battle, Sonic posseses the ability to heal him self at supersonic speeds by presumingly vibrating his molecules.

Sonic, Many of his abilities are variations on the tendency for hedgehogs to roll into tight balls for protection. Since his introduction in the first Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic's primary offensive maneuver is the basic Spin Attack (or "Sonic Spin Attack"). As Sonic jumps or runs, he curls up and spins into a spiky ball when in motion that can damage, destroy or burrow through many obstacles or foes. Later games in the series expanded on this basic attack. Two of these enhancements are now basic moves

The Spin Dash was introduced in Sonic 2 and involves Sonic spinning on the spot before blasting off at full speed, and the Homing Attack, officially introduced in Sonic Adventure, although unnamed variations of it appeared in Sonic 3 & Knuckles and Sonic 3d Blast, in which Sonic dashes in midair toward a target. Sonic curls into a ball and revs up before charging forwards in a burst of speed

History Lesson!

DJ **** : Wutz good. What's your name son

Me: Im Sonic

DJ **** :What the f*ck. Like the game?

Me: Yea

DJ ****: Nigga thats stupid as f*ck

Me: F*ck you, no its not

DJ ****: No nigga names himself after a f*ckin cartoon

HEY! Plenty of niggas get their inspiration and stage name from outside sources like games, comics, movies and shit. Alot of them name themselves after those inspirations, like me. Get ready for sckoolin kids (cue Sonic 2 title screen music)...

1. Ghostface Killah (personally one of my top 5 artists): Name originates from the character in a 1979 kung fu movie "Mystery of Chessboxing" aka "Ninja Checkmate". Ghost also calls himself Tony Starks and Ironman, a character from Marvel Comics, and has drawn deep in the Ironman mythology.

2. MF DOOM: Began to rap at open mic events at the Nuyorican Poets Café in 1998 where he obscured his face by putting a stocking over his head. His new identity was influenced by Marvel Comics supervillain Doctor Doom. He wears the mask while performing and isn't photographed without it, except for very short glimpses in videos such as Viktor Vaughn's "Mr. Clean" and in earlier photos with KMD

3. Wu-Tang Clan: The name "Wu-Tang" is derived from the name of the mountain Wu Dang (Wudang Shan) in northwest Hubei Province in central China with long history associated with Chinese culture, especially Taoism, martial arts and medicine. The RZA and Ol' Dirty Bastard adopted the name for the group after the film Shaolin and Wu-Tang. The group's debut album loosely adopted a Shaolin vs. Wu-Tang theme, dividing the album into Shaolin and Wu-Tang sections. The fascination with the Chinese culture is born out of the "Asiatic black man", a term a part of the Five Percenter teachings, also known as the "original man" which is featured on The 5% Album.

4. U-God: He began rhyming under the alias Golden Arms, based on the Kung-Fu movie The Kid with The Golden Arms.

5. J.U.S.T.I.C.E League: Which stands for Just Undeniably Some of The Illest Composers Ever, is a Grammy winning group of hip hop music producers from Tampa, Florida. The group consists of members Rook, Colione, and Kenny "Barto" Bartolomei. Most recently they have been lately producing for Young Buck, Youn Jeezy, Toni Braxton, Mary J. Blige, Rick Ross and many other artists. The group take their name from the fictional DC Comics superhero team the Justice League.

6. Snoop Dogg: His mother nicknamed him "Snoopy" as a child because of the way he dressed and because of his love of the cartoon Peanuts. When he began recording, he took the stage name Snoop Doggy Dogg.

7. Eminem: Come on, even if not on purpose he has the same name as a chocolate candy. And its spelled the exact same way as the candy.

8. Neo Da Matrix: Fairly new producer that has produced a few of Rick Ross's albums and co-produced with Kanye West and his name derives from The Matrix movie.

There's prolly some I didnt even list too.
Does Sonic sound so f*ckin retarded now (cue Sonic Adventure level clear music lol)
